When I went to apply for insurance the Cambodian lady who helped me was super rude, very dismissive. I’m all set. Here’s a suggestion, hire employees who can actually work with the public. People’s actions really do affect other people.
The AI assistant on the phone is useless and makes everything more difficult. I have to go in person to reach anyone and get anything accomplished.
Horrible service, from the operators they stop answering the phones at 6:30 pm when the office is open until 8. They give the providers a bad rep.
I’ve been at this hospital for about six years and honestly the experience is great! The care is exceptional and the doctors are very amazing. I moved over an hour away and I never changed my providers because of how accommodating and supportive the services are. Truest definition of patient-centered care.
