Everyone I have dealt with at this location has been kind, compassionate and friendly. Highly recommended. I was having trouble finding a women’s health Dr that took my insurance without a very long wait. LCH got me in quickly and was very informative and just overall very pleasant experience where I felt the professional really took their time to explain things to me and answer any questions I had. Great place for the area and highly recommended.
I had to file a HIPAA complaint with the Health Services Department for the failure to release medical records. They don’t care and they are absolutely rude. I don’t recommend this place they don’t have professionals on site so they just sent you somewhere else for care anyways. Waste of money and very frustrating to deal with the staff.
No se porque dan malos comentarios de esta clínica, somos los necesitados y ellos hace lo posible para atendernos debido a nuestras necesidades, estoy muy satisfecha con LCH, a mi me trataron bien y están al pendiente de mi y de mis citas ni se diga muy puntuales, ya depende de mi si tuve algún atraso la cancelo pero ellos rápido me dan una solución 🥰🤍
