Do NOT recommend this place at all. If I could give zero stars I would. No one answers the phone, when you leave a voicemail no one calls back. I had a 36 hour old newborn who needed to be seen next day per hospital doctors orders. LCH refused to see us and told us “the medical director said he is fine and can wait the 6 days until we can see you”. Called to change my child's doctor. Receptionist was HORRIBLE, RUDE, & DISMISSIVE!!!!! I said why are you cutting me off, she says "I'm the only one answering the phones today, and I need to get through these phone calls!" I said that is not my problem!!! She said they are booked out until October. What kind of pediatric doctor is booked until October? That is absolutely ridiculous! The long wait to October and the RUDE receptionist are the reasons I hung up and would NEVER go to LCM West Grove!!!

They are the absolute worst with communication. My new born son was rescheduled four times in one week. They dont hpld themself accountable for their mistakes. One of the reschedule appointments they gave me the office isnt even open at that time. The women on the phone are uncompassionate and rude. I dont not recommended this office to anyone.
