Horrible company, within the first week of moving into a unti the water heater stopped working , couldnt reach anyone to fix it for 2 days due to it being the weekend. The water heater was replaced however a wall had to be removed in order to replace it and they wouldnt come back to replace the wall, in addition the old water heater damaged the ceilings in the bathroom due to a steam escape valve on the top of the water heater. First LCF Enterprise sold this property 8/31/20. Ms. N****** was under eviction before we sold the property for non-payment and multiple lease violations. LCF Enterprises has no stake in this property therefore no reason to contact this tenant or shut off any utilities. When we owned the property I did receive multiple complaints from the homes owners of ******* ****** against Ms. N***** for loud noise, running a business out of the property. When we sold the property she owed us $********.
They do not have emergency maintenance on the weekends. I have been without water all day but cannot get anyone to come and fix it because their voice mailbox is full and not taking anymore messages. They need someone available for emergencies.

We do have maintenance staff on call 24/7. That particular Saturday, City Utilities closed the water line to the park for a repair on Dupont Rd. City Utilities did not notify us they were going to shut the water off so we wasn't able to notify the tenants. The water came back on as soon as the repair was made and my maintenance staff could not have made a difference as to the shut off.
I just called Jeff, the manager, because in 2012 May I was purchasing a modular home. My boyfriend @ the time had lied on his application about not having a felony. I was basically pushed out of the premises, they would not let me just take him off the lease. Here it is 2017 and this is still on my credit report for the complete amount. So, I request he take care of this because if he resold the home, he could only hold me responsible for the portion of a loss, not the entire amount.
