 Entered into a 10year agreement for Street/Security Lighting. LCEC installed the light Friday, March 14, 2025 and then uninstalled the light Tuesday, March 18, 2025. The street/security light was put up for the sole purpose of lighting up the ditch, woods area in the street. We are the last house on the right and when we leave in the morning it’s pitch black and when we come home it’s pitch black. LCEC cut my trees, falsely blame my tenants for it, they then went to trial where their lawyer Charles Denny of Dickinson and Gibbons located in Sarasota FL committed perjury, which happens to be a crime to get them out of responsibility for my trees. Once we had solid proof my tenants were not to blame for the removing of my trees they threatened to make me pay if I spoke up about any of what they did.
