Outstanding customer care — I had work completed and raised an issue which I posted about. The issue was handled with professionalism, and great customer care. I’ve always been impressed that L.C.A. Maintenance actively employ women and young people, which is truly refreshing to see in this industry. The plumber fixed the leak but left behind a messy-looking job. When I complained, instead of investigating properly, the company handed the matter straight back to the same plumber. He then phoned me and insulted me, making rude and dismissive remarks rather than addressing the issue. Very poor workmanship and an even worse way to handle customer complaints. Totally unprofessional experience. Would not recommend now which is a sham because there were some good workers there but this plumber has destroyed my trust with this ... read more
We had Ben for the day rearranging our kitchen appliances. We moved our washing machine into one of our main cupboards and where the washing machine was he put our new full size dishwasher and where our slim dishwasher was, he made that into a cupboard. We couldn't be any happier with his work, was all completed in one day, very tidy work, no corners cut and very polite. Other plumbers told us it couldn't be done but LCA did it with 0 issues. Thank you
Great service from the LCA team and amazing prices as well. We've had our fireplace capped and removed and it was on the dot with price and genuinely great service. The Engineer was knowledgeable and gave great advice, cleaned up after herself and went a little above and beyond. The quotation is also very clear and on the dot. Huge respect for the team and for having to deal with me.
Very good service from LCA. High quality repair / replacement of our kitchen and bathroom waste pipes. Great communication with the plumber and office staff and a very reasonable price :-)
