Always happy and on time and answer any questions we have in a timely manner. Work is very good and leave everything clean and tidy. Also prices are reasonable .

Customer service was very polite, able to arrange emergency call out within a few days. Engineer was very friendly and happy to explain things as needed.
Very efficient with bookings and sorted faulty item no quibble in days with temporary fix the same day.
LCA installed my new boiler etc and am happy to continue using them for yearly service Cannot find anything negative to say
