They don’t answer phone despite being by appointment. You show up and girl at check in has attitude cause you came in without appointment. Common sense is answer phone. Worst lab ever
If I could give this zero stars I would. This facility used to accept walk ins but did not post to their website that they are no longer doing so. So I drove all the way over there 6 months pregnant and exhausted because their La Mesa location is rarely open (and also does not post when they are going to close to their website). The receptionist immediately gave me attitude and refused to let me make an appointment with her. She instead handed me a piece of paper with a phone number on it that does not work.
