Excellent Zumba class!
In 2018 I was really lucky to meet Dr. Ausra. She introduced me to wellness retreats (I call them detox camps) that helped me so much over the years. I recently I went to my 7th one and like every single time I feel absolutely AMAZING after it. She taught me about digestion and enzymes and how our bodies work (especially women). She very compassionate and sincerely cares about your health, always giving the best advices she can. Highly recommend and trust her!
Really nice experience with wellness retreats! Been doing it for almost 10 years and love it!
