Lauren is AMAZING at what she does! I had not had a facial in over seven years and it was by far the best experience I have ever had. Not only does she thoroughly explain every step that she does, but she recommended new products for me to use and took the time to explain how to use the products including offering cheaper alternatives! Lauren is absolutely fantastic! I just had my first ever facial and I couldn't be happier. Lauren told me everything she was doing and the benefits of doing it. I was completely relaxed the whole time and received the best advice from her on at home maintenance! can't wait to go back!
