I've been seeing the nurse practitioners here for years. They're always kind, and they really listen to you.
Would leave zero if I could. My relative who is a patient here is supposed to receive physical therapy, but has sores because RA HURTS!! They were supposed to call yesterday (March 4, 2026) when PT were on their way. I never received a phone call, neither did my mother, and PT never showed up. We THOUGHT we had stuff sorted out yesterday (March 4) but still no physical therapy. Incompetent workers. This has been an issue for months, and the foolishness is insufferable.
I don’t have any problems with the providers or the office staff. I’m giving them a 3 because they need to update the facility for handicap patients especially the ones in wheelchairs. There needs to be automatic doors for the entrance/exit. I have a really hard time when I take my son there. It is hard to try to open the doors and try to hold them open and pull him through.
