She is so horrible towards children. I asked for anesthesia for my dental procedure and I did not get enough anesthesia. I got so much pain during my procedure, it felt like chemicals were burning my tooth. I do not understand why she is always asking about my family, do I even know her? I do not know her. Suspicious. Why should I have the receptionist take care of my insurance bill when I am the one paying for it? I don't need the frog eyed, dumb receptionist to be my representative to the insurance company. Your office has dirty instruments filled with grime from previous patients, your dental assistants are nonexistent. You have weird gaps where you take vacations and then take no vacations at all.
