I had their agent Dennis Guan to view a house. He misled me to put 1000 dollars down payment to hold the house since there were few potential buyers. I wanted to put $500 dollars but He insisted to put $1000, at the end, when there was no deal, the house owner returned the $1000 dollars depost via this company, this LC platinum owner MAGGIE CHEN just took my money without notify me which I later found out through the owner. Unfortunately, my experience with [Ang Chan] was deeply disappointing. From the beginning, it was clear that their primary concern was the commission — not the client. Communication was minimal, and when issues arose, instead of offering support or guidance, the agent quickly distanced themselves and told me to "deal with the lawyer" from that point on. There was no effort to explain the process, help resolve complications, or provide the kind of client care you would expect when making such a significant financial decision.... read more

I completely agree with this review of Juginder because I was also part of this terrible experience with Platinum Realty. We informed them two months before leaving the house, but the agent ignored us, and the owner told us to deal with her directly. I even have proof of sending emails, messages and calls about our issues, but no one replied. After 1.5 months, the agent suddenly showed up, demanding rent and threatening us with a court case.
