Very disappointing experience with this brokerage and agent Zoey Huang. We signed a lease and paid our deposit expecting the house to be ready on the move-in date, but it was not ready at all. There were multiple issues and no clear timeline for when it would actually be livable. Because of this, we had no choice but to walk away. I had their agent Dennis Guan to view a house. He misled me to put 1000 dollars down payment to hold the house since there were few potential buyers. I wanted to put $500 dollars but He insisted to put $1000, at the end, when there was no deal, the house owner returned the $1000 dollars depost via this company, this LC platinum owner MAGGIE CHEN just took my money without notify me which I later found out through the owner.
