Very disappointing experience with this brokerage and agent Zoey Huang. We signed a lease and paid our deposit expecting the house to be ready on the move-in date, but it was not ready at all. There were multiple issues and no clear timeline for when it would actually be livable. Because of this, we had no choice but to walk away.
