The Owner Lee Smith is a man of no word. He did work for city of Belton and leased my property land to put his machines while working here . And left without paying November’s rent. He is not responding at all. & After 3 attempts asking him if he could come give me an estimate for somethings at my house he would say yes, yes, yes I’ll go take a look and he never came.. And I’m glad he didn’t. Very irresponsable person..
Sub contracted my company to repair a chip seal road they could not complete refused payment after he was paid for his subpar work work was complete in December of 21 and now has blocked my number and refused to respond buyer beware
Subcontracted us to do a job site for them they received payment and will not pay us for our agreed price job has been completed since December 2021 blocked our calls will not answer do not use beware
