I have lived at at my current address for just over a year and LC Marshall is the company contracted by our HOA. This company has shown repeatedly that their employees are not properly trained in how to use their equipment nor how to properly landscape. Even after several complaints through our HOA and directly to the employees providing the service, they still utilize weedeaters to cut larger areas of grass that are easily accessible with a walk behind push mower. Absolutely terrible service, failure to uphold contractual obligations, no forethought to actions, they refuse to clean up their mess, leave trash everywhere ... just an all around horrible experience with this company from start to finish. Avoid them like the plague!!!
Luke Marshall with Marshall and Sons is FANTASTIC! He and his crew are professional, hard working, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them for routine maintenance as well as amazingly talented hardscaping.
