I went in and Lorraine took me in without an appointment which I appreciated so much. She was kind and helpful which helped me relax. I told her I drove from far away to come get a good job done. I asked for a subtle money piece, I showed her pictures of my old highlights which used to be a very light color and had more of a white with ash finish. Laurene is incredibly talented. I've been going to her for years and she's attentive, personable and masterfully skillful. I couldn't imagine another person touching my hair!
