If I could get this place zero I would! I’m a caretaker of someone that has dementia and made an appointment online to get her hair colored and cut. Got my confirmation. Everything was fine. It’s very hard to get her out of the house so we show up to the appointment at the time that it was booked at and the doors are locked, lights out and no one‘s there. I went in and Lorraine took me in without an appointment which I appreciated so much. She was kind and helpful which helped me relax. I told her I drove from far away to come get a good job done. I asked for a subtle money piece, I showed her pictures of my old highlights which used to be a very light color and had more of a white with ash finish.
