I have been having nails popping all over my house. I contacted LC Homes several times for assistance. Nothing happened so far. No one called me back or no one came to inspect the house. I contacted the warranty department. They told me they only HANDLE MAJOR STRUCTURAL DAMAGES . it is frustrating because I see my house is damaged by those popping nails all over and LC Homes is not taking the responsibility of fixing the damages. If I could give them 0 stars I would over half a million dollar house and this shit has been nothing but problems because the work they do is terrible
Don’t hold your breath if you want customer support to help you! They do no care about your needs, go weeks without addressing issues, and break contract conditions left and right! They expect you to wait around for repairs for months and have LIMITED communication! Not sure why they even have customer support since I’ve had to call everyone else for answers!!!
This place sends robo text messages trying to purchase my condo CONSTANTLY. They have the odasity to tell me I can opt out of their spam which is a load of bull shit. I NEVER OPTED IN TO RECEIVE YOUR HARRASING TEXT MESSAGES. I am not opting out of something I never opted into.
Individuals claiming to be from this company are harassing me at work to purchase a property I do not own, never have own, and have never rented from. They have been told multiple times to stop harassing me with phone calls and texts. They have been reported every time and they continue to have others call from all different phone numbers. I want the harassment to stop now!
