Elite Gym is the best! I have finally found in gym in Providence that I love and am actually excited to go to. I work primarily with Luis and Casey and they are the best! They challenge me and also feel like friends. I love the whole environment and truly look forward to every session.

Elite gym is the absolute best! Liz and the coaches have created an incredible, welcoming community. I had never lifted before but Casey has taught me so much in the months I’ve been going. The trainers customize workouts to your needs and even though the workouts are challenging, I look forward to going to every session! I’m feeling stronger and better than I ever have, and an added bonus is that I’ve seen major results. Health is wealth - and this is worth the investment!

Owner extraordinaire Liz Cruso has created a warm community of personal trainers who are knowledgeable, engaged, invested & supportive. They specialize in 1-on-1 personal training & also offer small scale group fit classes.
