I joined elite gym at the end of last January. I have always been an active person, I’m an avid hiker, rock climber and yogi. I can't say enough great things about my experience here! If you need proof, I'm the opposite of a morning person, and I've never committed to a workout class in the past, but I've been consistently waking up for Elite before work. I was looking for a structured, welcoming environment that could hold me accountable, and everything about Elite has exceeded my expectations. The coaches are so smart and friendly and fun. This gym is an absolute standout — from the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and an inviting atmosphere. Sam is the best but all the trainers & Liz (the owner) are incredible. They really do an amazing job to help you reach your goals, work through injuries, build strength & challenge you. Liz has fostered a really fun, uplifting, supportive community here. I highly recommend PT or joining the classes. Elite is the best!

Elite gym provides a warm, welcoming and energetic environment. All coaches radiate the same positive energy and attention to detail. I highly recommend Elite gym!
