Awesome gym. I go on Monday and Fridays for the group fitness classes and leave feeling great every time. All the coaches are amazing and really helpful with making sure you are working every muscle group correctly. They also provide personal training which I have not done, but from knowing all the coaches, it is definitely top notch. I joined elite gym at the end of last January. I have always been an active person, I’m an avid hiker, rock climber and yogi. But as I got closer to my 40’s my body started to show signs of the abuse I had put it through over the years. I had always used my body but frankly did a horrible job of taking care of it.
