Let me tell you why Lisa is my absolute favorite massage therapist. We chat about my problem areas, she’s adaptable with the game plan, she shares her rationale about her methods, and she really listens to me. My muscles are restored. The tension has been pressed out of me. And the vibes are immaculate.
5 stars all around! Lisa is an incredible massage therapist. I am an active individual that went to her with acute muscle pain in my back. She incorporate a variety of recovery treatments to ensure I received the best care and my pain was gone within 24 hours! I immediately signed up for additional sessions with her and already looking forward to going back.

I came in THE DAY OF MY WEDDING because of how bad my back hurt. I felt terrible because we ended up booking the day of and I showed up late... but we were SO GRATEFUL for the care I got. I would not have lived through my reception with out her help and she was incredibly kind, professional, and honestly saved the day. Thank you so much - your kindness is not something I think I'll ever forget.
Long story long. I was gifted a session with Lisa so I went in with zero risk but tons of uncertainty. Admittedly, I don’t like massages, but two days later, my hips have never felt better. Persistent tightness and discomfort are practically gone. If this is the typical result, I’ll be back routinely. I’m afraid this is a “First hit's free” kind of deal.
