Luis installed my rear glass for my Tacoma. I bought the Toyota OEM glass. Less than a year later it’s leaking. On my receipt shows lifetime warranty on install. I tried for a week to get him come out inspect it. Didn’t show first and second day. Second day rescheduled for next day before noon. I text him next day asking approximate time, he says he was at court and if I don’t stop messaging him he will not come to inspect the leak. Now he won’t answer calls or text.
