I’m sorry but it’s true just like the other comments I’ve been waiting months for my refund and it’s all because of putting the wrong information I’ve gone here for 3 years and it’s always a problem still till today I haven’t got my refund or any information this is ridiculous…..never again …..
DO NOT USE MARILYN AS YOUR TAX PREPARE. SHE PROMISES TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING GOES WELL, HOWEVER FAILS TO INPUT CORRECT SOCIAL SECURITY INFORMATION AFTER 5 WEEKS OF WAITING, CONTACTED MARILYN AND SHE ADMITTED TO INCORRECTLY INPUTTING SOCIAL SECURITY YET, SAYS IT IS OUR FAULT FOR THE MISTAKE. YET WE PAID HER FOR SERVICES. MAKES NO SENSE SINCE SHE IS THE ONE INPUTTING INFORMATION HOW IS IT THE CLIENTS FAULT. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY RUDE AND CHARGED $275 PER TAX PREPARATION.
