This was the worst bridal shop experience I have ever had, with the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered in customer service, and I left feeling completely disrespected. I had a wonderful experience with LBR and Maria, the owner. Maria only works with designers who can customize a dress to match a Bride's vision- which is how I got my beautiful, haute couture dress. I combined elements of two different gowns to create a literal one-of-a-kind. Thank you also to Irena, the seamstress, for doing an amazing job with the alterations and bustling. Everyone was stunned by how gorgeous the dress was! Grazie infinite!
Highly recommend!! My whole experience was amazing. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
