My fiancé and daughter got a tow from mike the other day and he was amazing. My daughter was pretty freaked out about having to take a tow because of a flat tire and he made her feel super comfortable and happy. When we went the next day to get the car from the tow lot he helped us again and was just as nice! He deserves all the appreciation!! The world needs more people like him!
My car was hit and it was my first ever accident, I wasn't sure on what to do and I was just very over whelmed with everything. The tow truck driver was so friendly and gave me advise on what to do. I'm still in the middle of all this, but I am really happy with LBP and their customer service skills. If i ever need a tow again I am totally going to use them!! Highly recommend!
I'm from Montreal, Canada and my tire ripped on the way back home from the Patriots game. I had no idea how i was gonna get home, luckily the guy at the service station put me in touch with Mike and he helped me get the whole thing sorted out the next day. I can't say enough good things about the service, but more importantly Mike and his father are even better people.
