I had a 4:00 pm appointment and checked in at 3:45 pm .the staff told me come back 4:00 pm.i politely asked if they could at least assign me door so unloading start could start at 4:00 pm this was disappointing. A little flexibility and better customer service would have made the process much smoother.im sure I had arrived 5 min late .they refused my load .no washroom for drivers one of the worst place .Guys you know you are 0 star deserving Sabert
I just came here my appointment was 12 PM they gave a door right away and start loading really quick.
