I went there to get a wig after losing my hair to chemotherapy. They were such wonderful women to work with (very informative) and made you feel relaxed about your situation. 😊 My mother in law got a real nice pair of boots and brags to everyone about where she got them and what a great deal she got.

LBL always has great customer service, the cutest clothing, and is a perfect shop for downtown Cedar Falls. I love their Eunina jeans and Nikibiki tanks as staples in my closet.

I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve shopped here but what led me to leave this review is the experience I had yesterday. My MIL was newly diagnosed with cancer and we stopped in to get her fitted for a wig. I believe it was the owner that helped us. She was so patient, kind, and helpful. She helped us for quite awhile, well over an hour. Maybe 2. She had other customers coming in and she never made us feel like we were taking too much of her time.
