Drew is competent, and great at what he does. The combination of stretching, myoskeletal techniques and massage is effective for addressing chronic pain and injuries. The work has improved my quality of life.
I had a great first experience with Drew! He took the time to talk about the type of training I do, what I do for work, and a recent injury to understand specifically where and why I was tight, achy, or sore. He used a combination of techniques to target certain areas and even took the time to give me a few pointers on exercises to activate certain trouble spots. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I definitely recommend him for your needs!
I had a great expereince with Drew at LBK Massage! He took the time to listen to my concerns about any problem areas and injury related issues that I've been dealing with. I had a 90 minute session, and I felt great afterwards! Drew knows his stuff, and I would highly recommend him if you're looking to take care of your body.
Andrew did an amazing job relieving the back pain I had been having for days.
Did great work and gave pointers on what to do for recovery and to help strengthen affected areas just overall great experience and conversations.
