Too bad we have experienced nothing but ongoing issues with LBK Luxury Pools. This company is an absolute joke…..we have a pool that took one year to complete, the owner showed up only four times ($$$$$) and they had so many sub-contractors no show for lack of payment or other issues it was pathetic. We actually had one company drive in from Dallas (plaster) that left because of her history of non-payment and they would only work for cash and she didn’t have cash. We made the first appointment for early June. They didn’t show up. It took them a week to reschedule. When they did reschedule and coke out, our pump had gone out. We reordered a pump. Made an appointment for July 3. They never showed up. Then when we call, the girl on the phone had an attitude and hung up saying we were being rude. No one was rude. She said that the pool guy came. Absolutely no communication skills. Will not answer the phone or return voicemails left. Will bill you for parts and/or maintenance that is not performed. Will leave trash (empty chemical bottles) by your pool for you to dispose of. Do not use this company!!!!!
