I hope upper management does something about their security officers. They are rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. They need cultural competency training, as they lack customer service. I just hope justice is served to Latinos, as this officer treats us like garbage. I saw many of them treat African Americans differently than they did my family and other Latinos who were there. I am very disappointed.
