Their customer service is horrible. Do not spend money for a company who cannot communicate internally. I asked them to come for an estimate to rebuild our garage. For all fairness they arranged somebody for the same morning. I asked the lady I talked to not to ring the bell before 10:00 AM since my wife had a very critical meeting. They said OK.
