LBJ has a wonderful service department. Sean was very professional and helpful. Unlike other car repair places I didn't feel like they tried to take advantage of me being a woman. They were extra accommodating and offered me a ride while my van was being repaired. They do charge extra for using a credit card but that's becoming fairly common these days.
Sean has always been a help to me when I have carried my vehicles to LBJ for service. Today's visit was no exception!! I called last minute because I had a few minutes and needed my car serviced and tires checked out. Going tomorrow for a procedure and having about 60-minutes unplanned I called to see if they had time. WITHOUT EXPLAINING WHY, he looked and said, "could you have it here in about 25 minutes."
