I’ve always trusted LBJ to work on my truck. They’ve got good customer service. The last time I took my truck up there, I needed them to fix whatever needed to be fixed to get rid of my engine light. After a few days I got my truck back with no engine light on. Trey said that they fixed it. Well, about 50 miles or so later, my engine light came right back on. So far I’ve spent 1800 dollars on it. Oh my goodness, Mr. Tray is a wonderful customer service representative always putting the customer first. He has an peasant personality , always enjoy when I bring my vehicle to him.
Immediate attention was given to an urgent repair after a routine maintenance service along with under warranty stereo replacement. Tray was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with services required. LBJ team always has the customer needs in priority.
