I followed Google's review to choose LBI Garage Door for its reasonable pricing. As I called them today, a person however from Ben's Management Services LLC showed up. I am not sure if this is from LBI as the names are different. He first quoted me $250 and I agreed, but it took him 4 seconds to fix the garage door. And that technician kept persuading me to replace the motor. If this is common to everyone, I have no objections. He fixed our torsion spring garage door. Don't buy the garage door openers from him - super overpriced and very short range even when they occasionally work.
Most inconsiderate service men. Do not use for repairs or installs unless you like dealing with jerks.
Our garage door opens smoother and quieter than I ever remember it, and we potentially saved a ton of money on a costly replacement. Highly recommend
