Jay's company, LBI coastal builders, built a beautiful home for us on our families 100-year-old property. They went through each phase of the build including variances, architect, demo and build. LBI Coastal Builders did a small project on my house on the island and their service, expertise and communication could not have been better. This off season I am having them back for a larger scale project.
