Had a nightmare of a renovation with the owner Steve of this company in Stouffville. Fraudulent, not certified (ESA got involved and charge them for false electrical work) and court actions taken as he didn't pay for the countertop company provided. He will take your money, lie and run etc. AVOID BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
I asked in the chat on the website if an item was available and they said yes and it would ship in two days. Two days later I emailed them because it had not shipped and they said it was out of stock. I asked for my order to be canceled and they said they would do so, but then I heard nothing back. Next week I asked about my refund and they replied back in all caps that I had been credited. Buyer beware. Untrustworthy, sold me the wrong product and caused issues with Reno. Took months and many conversations to return one of the items that did not work. Even told me on the phone that business wasn't good and he couldn't e-transfer me my money, one of the many excuses. I was surprised that he eventually did take the shower doors back, I thought he was was going to stick us with it. This company is a scam. I ordered from them. The product never shipped. I called and they keep saying that they will follow up. Vanity was supposed to ship on 12/19 to date it has not shipped. Do not buy. This is a scam.
