Ive been to LBC emergency vet twice in the last week and both times were awful. They take your animal to the back and then you sit for hours waiting without any updates, and the staff get irritated if you ask where you are in the process. I waited 4 hours for my cat who had a really bad cold (I'm not worried about the time, but the lack of communication is horrible). I told them she can't take pills because of her sensitive stomach, plus she wasn't eating. They told me they don't have injectable antibiotics, which seems weir... read more
