If I could put no stars on this I would. Half of both my boxes got stolen, filed a claim, they investigated and called me and my sister in the Philippines telling us my claimed got approved and the check will come between 1-2 weeks, it has been over a month and NEVER GOTTEN MY COMPENSATION or anything!!! Keep calling customer service and the only thing they can tell me is they will follow up! I WOULD NEVER EVER SEND ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!
