Beware if you plan to do any business with Austen Rawlings, DO NOT! Once he has your money, he will not take your calls and will ignore you for the next victim. He is not knowledgable and doesn't care about people. Would not do business with any organization that leverages his services.
Very unsatisfactory and unpleasant service, almost feel like being scammed. Unreasonable fees, dated search service software. Really good in charging late fees. Just like any business that has a monopoly on service of a particular area without any motivation for continuous improvement of services. Very, very sad. This business needs competition and better management.
Unsatisfactory service
We tried working with Whitney Martin to look at homes in Georgetown. Her communication was terrible. Not answering messages or waiting days to reply. We finally gave up, good luck if you have to work at finding a house with her.
My experience with David Campbell was deeply troubling and raises serious concerns about his qualifications and professional conduct. In a recent transaction, his appraisal came in $1,000 under the agreed purchase price. While appraisers are certainly entitled to their professional judgment, Mr. Campbell refused to provide any rationale or supporting documentation when questioned—something that any competent and ethical appraiser should be willing to do.
