The schools received How the Moon Regained her Shape by award-winning author Janet Ruth Heller. In its third year, Melissa Poynter, the chair of LBAR Community Education Task Force, has continued to lead this project. We tried working with Whitney Martin to look at homes in Georgetown. Her communication was terrible. Not answering messages or waiting days to reply. We finally gave up, good luck if you have to work at finding a house with her.
My experience with David Campbell was deeply troubling and raises serious concerns about his qualifications and professional conduct. In a recent transaction, his appraisal came in $1,000 under the agreed purchase price. While appraisers are certainly entitled to their professional judgment, Mr. Campbell refused to provide any rationale or supporting documentation when questioned—something that any competent and ethical appraiser should be willing to do. Unprofessional and encourages retaliation amongst agents. Agent(s) with personal grievance can file complaint. I have been a member for a long time and cant say I ever have consider lbar of any value...save some money and go to mystatemls and be a real agent...stop giving bar money to have zillow owned dotloop....you can do better, there are other/better options. We all enjoy compliance but lets face it...bars purpose is for agents to get together at Keeneland and pat themselves on the back. lbar is not pro-agent...shouldn't... read more
