Update 8 months later: the overheating issue that they “fixed” has now popped back up in my car but I just went to my car dealership instead. DO NOT GO THERE. Jeep confirmed they pretty much did nothing. Do NOT go there if you’re a young woman, because they have completely played in my face and took my car for a total of 5 days for a job I was told would initially take a couple of hours— car shield even confirmed it should be a 4.2 hour job!!!!! Wish I could give them less than a star—serious attitude problem over here. They clearly are not interested in acquiring more customers or even maintaining relationships with their existing client base. I’d only had positive interactions with them over the past couple years until recently when I brought my car in after calling ahead, only for the lead mechanic to blow me off and tell me to come back on a different day.
