Driver is clearly intoxicated. Has almost ran 4 cars off the road and 2 off those cars were on the bridge coming from evansville to henderson. Absolutley ridiculous and a danger to everyone on the roadway. Bald guy at 2:20 pm on march 15th. I wouldn't trust this guy to cut anything around my home.
