I worked here for 15 unfortunate months. They like you too look professional but their not going to spend extra money to make the job professional. Not one time did I see money go back into the company. They will not pay me my last check, cause I didn't tell them I was leaving. They wouldn't have told me if they were going to lay me off. Anything that they can use to hold over you they will. Prepare yourself for anything when you plan to leave. I really wish I could leave a voice message here.
Was having problem with a roof unit that they installed. After looking at it and changing some fuses that immediately blew when power was turned on they left for the day and said they would return the next day. When they did not return I called and was told they were running behind. About an hour later the tech called back and said his boss told him not to come back because they no longer serviced Lennox brand units. Then thinking I would be grateful he said I would not be charged for the first visit. Really?
