Call Saturday night, water was gushing out of my water tank. Loui jumped on a video call right away walked me through shutting the water and gas. Came Sunday morning did an assessment, ordered a brand new 75 gallon water tank, came Monday afternoon, in and out, like ninjas!! Respectful to property, zero noise as I would describe it, changed the shutoff valve complimentary without me even thinking its important. Then calls 2 days later to check up on things. I highly recommend calling Louie if you need plumbing repairs in NYC. He explains situations clearly and offers possible solutions to let you make the best decision for you and won't pressure you into making a decision on the spot. He and his team are very responsive and great to work with.
