We truly enjoyed our entire experience building with Lucas and Brooke. We did a custom build that was completed in 2021. The house turned out beautiful! L&B was very transparent throughout the whole process and the project was completed on time and in budget. They were so easy to work with and they are talented at their craft. We would use them again and we recommend them to anyone looking to build!
I purchased an L&B Home in 2019. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Lucas and Brooke were great to work with from the construction to the interior design elements of the process. The entire team is honest and goes above and beyond ensure things are done right.
Amazing experience with Lucas & Brooke designing our custom dream home in the Heights! They were professional, thorough and organized throughout the entire process. L&B did a fairly complicated remodel/new-construction project for us in the Heights historic district. We were doing a full remodel (down to studs) of an existing bungalow and adding ~2000 new square footage. It was quite a big project! We custom built our home with L&B in 2017 and it was and continues to be our dream home. It has stood the test of time, still looks like its new, has loads of detail and upgrades but at reasonable prices and working with Brooke and Lucas was icing on the cake!
