Some of the nicest people you will ever meet. So terrific to have a great local bike shop (we went a long time without one). If you thought these fine people were rude, you have to take a look at yourself.
Visiting the Finger Lakers from out of state and ran into some front derailleur trouble on our ride around Owasco Lake. I feel very lucky that L.B. Lightning Cyclery was on our route! Jay was extremely knowledgeable and thorough which made me feel at ease finishing out the ride. Didn’t plan on taking such a long break halfway through the ride, but it was time well spent at L.B.! I will be sure to stop by next time I’m in the region. Great bike shop!
Amazing job on my walker breaks. The people who work there are amazing and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to get bikes and walkers breaks fixed
