Good shop which provides excellent service with a smile.
Highly recommend this bike shop. We were fortunate to come upon this store. Traveling to the area for a five-day vacation, one of our bikes released from the rack and was dragged about 1/4 mile. Damages were minor but the bike was compromised. Jay had the parts, installed them and tested everything for safety on the spot! We were very pleased with the service as well as the inventory of the helmets which we needed as well. Customer-oriented GIANT bicycle dealership.
We are cycling the Erie Canal trail and my wife broke her rear durailer as we pulled into Clyde. On the advice of locals, we called Jay at LB lightning cycle in Auburn and got a shuttle over there. He was able to drop everything and fix her durailer (which was a hard to find part). The whole shop had a great vibe, everyone was very friendly including their German Shepard maverick. Jay and his wife Julie offered us drinks even arranged for a shuttle back to the trail! Highly recommend these guys.
Fantastic customer service, super friendly, kid friendly, very knowledgeable. Great experience! Bike tuned great!
