Went out of my way to bring in a vehicle for a quote. called back a few times before reaching someone. was told they were working on it. then tried to call twice a day for the next three days and no one answered. Waste of my time and energy
My vehicle was hit and required repairs. I visited LB Innovations to discuss an estimate with the owner. He provided a detailed estimate and confirmed I could drop off the vehicle that Monday. I picked up my vehicle within the same week. I am highly satisfied with Mr. Larry and his team for their excellent work on my vehicle. I confidently recommend LB Innovations on Millie Creek to my friends and family.
Larry and his team did an amazing job on my 98 4Runner. I’ve had body work done at other shops before and it’s never up to quality standards. LB innovations went beyond and the area of my car that was fixed looks brand new. Fastest follow up is to stop by the shop and speak with Larry. Definitely a quality shop. Thank you
I’m not happy at all because he is not responsible for his work it’s been 20 days. He just lying to us and I came 30 minute in front of his shop and he’s not coming out. 0/0 not recommended at all
I bought a nice new car and was hit within a month by a 16 year old. The back bumper and brake lights were damaged. The Acura dealership recommended Larry at LB Innovations. I was worried when I got to his shop. Nothing fancy and I don’t think there was even a sign. He did a wonderful job. My car is like new again. He even went to the person that hit me’s insurance and got them to pay for a brand new bumper rather than a “refurbished” one that they had on their estimate.
