I came in on a Wednesday, it was very busy. A young lady at the front desk acknowledged me and told me she would be with me in a couple of minutes. She then proceeded to have a sales rep take care of me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed a small run of postcards on thick paper and he showed me all options available.
