I had 3 cracked windows replaced by the team at LB Glass. They were fantastic people to deal with - well priced with a very quick turnaround for the window replacements. But the thing that really stood out was their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. The team helped connect me with some other trades who will benefit my situation, and took the time to teach me how to fix windows that had paint and silicone overrun. I couldn't have imagined a better experience as a customer.

New to the area. Went for a run today without a phone and got lost, walked in here and the guys were so kind and helpful. Offered twice to drive me 8km home, helped me locate my bearings on a map and then offered me a bottle of chilled water before I headed off which was a a godsend. If this is how they treat a person wandering in from the street, you can be rest assured you’ll get nothing but the best service as a customer. Thanks again guys.
