Worst experience I ever had trying to get in to the building for a concert. there was no organization at all, none of the staff workers new where the lines started and to top it off they where charging 20.00 dollars to get in faster, never seen that before. I believe that's why the line where out of control to force you to pay to get in it was outrageous and total bull shit never will I go see a concert there. This cause many too miss 1/2 the concert.
Worst experience ever!!!! 1st and last time I go to a concert there NOT organized at all, missed the first performance plus employees where rude.
First time attending a concert there. I believe my experience was a little better than others because I was there at 6:30pm. Line was huge but once it started moving we got inside very quickly. At that time the staff was attentive and helpful. We were even told about some restrooms with a shorter line. The Arena could dramatically improve on their seats. They are too low and I'm a short person so I can imagine how uncomfortable taller people were. I would've loved to have room to stand up and dance and not block anyones view... read more
