Great experience on every level!
In our search for a class C we had the pleasure of meeting Jim Whitman in sales. Jim was very helpful and patient with us showing us many options until we made our decision. We never felt rushed and he made us feel comfortable with our purchase. The whole process from start to finish was seem less .
We purchased coaches from General RV twice. Our second was a brand new Winnebago Adventurer. We love it! But, as with all new RVs, we are finding it has some things that need to be repaired/replaced. One of the reasons we bought new was the warranty. General RV didn't seem interested in honoring those warranty items. Most frustrating has been our awning pitch motors not working.
