This shop consistently failed to properly repair my RV. It felt intentional—they always left critical components either unrepaired or incorrectly installed, forcing me to bring the RV back in multiple times. I believe this is a deliberate strategy to run up repeat charges, showing they care more about maximizing profits than customer satisfaction or safety. After three visits for the same issue, it was still not fixed correctly. Go elsewhere if you want the job done right the first time.
I had some family sell their trailer here and after seeing this giant flag go up a few days later it made my day.
Customer service was very helpful. They had what I needed and a fair price. It is definitely better under this new ownership.
