Great people, great everyrhing
Bought used trailer from the Woodland camping world place, noticed one wheel was leaning inwards. Salesman said they will take care of it. When I picked the trailer up I noticed wheel looked like it did before. Some suspension parts were replaced but didn’t fix the issue. Asked to talk to the mechanic who told me to do it right, I would need two new axles. After that statement, I asked to talk to manager who agreed to go ahead and install two new axles. So on March 6 I stopped to check out some trailer, was shown two and did some paperwork . Talked with like 3 different people. On Monday the 9 I stopped in again cause haven't heard from anyone to see if they got me financing. By this time I had sent email with no response and had been on the web looking at used ones from their lot. Found one I really wanted. Only to be disrespected and lied to. I have had nothing but good to say about camping world until now. Not sure if I will ever go back.
Singularly disappointing. Despite their reputation, I decided to give them a chance to give me a quote on a new trailer. Over 10 days they had 6 different people call me repeatedly, none would give me any pricing information about the trailer I wanted despite asking many times. Just bought from RV Country, couldn't be happier. Won't even bother with Camping World next time. Total waste of my time.
