I brought a used 5th wheel in silverdale Washington, had to go to idaho falls to pick it up was coming home to beaverton Oregon. On my way a leaf spring broke had to have it towed. Learned that when my leaf spring broke it also took out my break line, and damaged my hub. Little did I know some of the parts are discontinued. Sales experience was fine but the finance and paperwork portion was a 3 week nightmare. Was given their word they would follow through on 4 separate occasions and that did not happen. Not even the head finance manager could keep his word and follow up. They didn't even have the title in hand for the trailer they sold me that day on their lot long enough to collect mold on the exterior.
