Never never never deal with camping world they are so full of shit and service center doesn't know what they are doing
The buying process was very easy. The staff was great. Went on our first trip with our new trailer and had some major issues. Called Camping World and they rescued us and fixed all of our issues immediately. Ended up having a great camping weekend. Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!! They also have a great store where you can find everything you need to stock and maintain your RV with really great prices. Big shout out to Carissa and Stephen! You are the best! 100% Satisfied Customers!!
Stopped in looking for a trailer to pull behind my Jeep Gladiator. We had a good idea of what we were looking for, Ryan showed us a couple of units that fit our ideas, but one surely fit best. Our salesman Ryan was not only knowledgeable about the trailers we looked at, but was also very personable, we couldn't have asked for better service. Flaky and can’t deliver. Will never return here, typical sales tactics of over promising and changing prices when you show up to look at an actual trailer. Will warn all my friends and family to never shop here.
Excellent customer service. I called and asked if they had the toilet I wanted in stock, they did, and I said I would be up there in a few to get it. They had the toilet I needed ready for me to pick up when we got there, so the whole transaction out the door was 5 minutes. Friendly employees was the icing on top!
