They will promise you everything in the sales department. You're screwed if you NEED to use their service center. I've had to fix nearly everything they touched myself. Roof & slide work. They sent it home "fixed" then had to tow it back themselves because they didn't fix the slide and basically ignored everything I told them. Lost/stole my heavy duty cord, destroyed my jack, wired nose lights constant hot and trashed a battery and charger. Would not recommend to anyone bought an RV from them, not even a week out. And the check engine code comes on. They will not help the fix. They pretty much told me to kick rocks. So I would never buy from them again.
Easy check in for service
Shonna did an incredible job for Victoria and I, Tate Chaney. Also, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It would probably have been even better if there was more than 1 person closing out the deals and doing all of the paperwork though. We will still promote your dealership immensely and are so excited to pick up our purchase when we return from our vacation and business expedition out West!
I would like to say my service advisor was Samantha she was absolutely great. She kept me informed on everything going on. And I even ask maybe I can get sooner but I didn't want them rushing tho. After couple weeks I get a call all finish. There installer for my slide topper soft start and had to have roof rails re sealed were perfect. Now biggest project was the slide floor had water damage because of bad manufacturing.
