We came from California to buy an almost 100k 5th wheel trailer from this dealership. It was ths worst experience we've ever had..... nothing had been done to prep the trailer for delivery and there were two different mechanical issues with it that weren't addressed. We had a 9am APPOINTMENT for delivery and didnt leave there until 4:30pm... only to find out later that the two mechanical issues that held us up, and they claimed to have fixed, WERE STILL BROKEN. Just bought a new rv. The sales stafg were very professional speacial thanks to Mckenzie and Michael who made this happen im so grateful and excired.
Terrible place to buy an RV. The RV we looked at was really tough, then they want to add all sorts of fees, and they didn't want to fix what was wrong on the used one we were looking at. Stay away.
DONT DO IT, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OH MY GOODNESS I am going to start off with saying our trailer search was a short one, we found a trailer we loved, went in the next morning and was greeted by Jefferson Haworth. He showed us the trailer told us all the specs and information on it. He was GREAT to work with, made the entire process of buying a trailer super easy. We bought our trailer on August 26th and have yet to receive our plates and registration our temporary plate expires on Friday with no plates in site. It seems to be a challenge to get a straight answer as to where they are. We’ve been unable to get calls back from the finance manager, title department or general manager. Very poor customer service and a complete lack of follow-up from the dealership. Regretfully, Jody Robbins
