Unfortunately we had the worst experience. They treated us very badly and they didn’t provide a good service they said they would be in touch with us and a month went by we never heard from them and I would call and I would never get a call back.
It was truly a pleasure to work with Joe. He spent countless hours with us as if it was no time at all, and talked with us as if he was the one purchasing the RV. He leveled with us in ways that we really appreciated, given that we are first time RV buyers. We can’t recommend Joe enough, or Camping World for that matter. The whole process - from front desk, to sales, to finance - felt seamless, low stress and just overall pleasant.
We came here from out of state to buy a toy hauler, and everyone was so helpful. We had a very difficult situation but Tony, Arlene, and Michael were so patient, answering all our questions over the phone anytime we needed them, and going above and beyond on a Saturday when all banks were closed, to make it work and get us on our way back home with our new trailer. Thank you so much!
We were purchasing a used 2022 travel trailer from this location and Gary was the sales person. Gary said what he had to say to make the sale and then when the delivery date came the trailer had not had any of the agreed to concerns repaired or replaced. We had to wait for them to repair one concern, make one concern worse, and completely neglect to replace the 3 year old battery that was agreed to as part of the sale, and the technician told me that they had replaced. Don't waste your time if you need to use a dump station at this place. This is a new location which doesn't have one. The reviews that say there is one are when they were at there old location. Also don't bother calling, the receptionist doesn't answer calls or call people back. So sad, was hoping for a good rv store.
