Compared to other Camping Worlds I've visited, this one was under staffed and is pretty small inside.
I was referred to camping world by my insurance company after a accident. I attempted to call multiple times, left voicemail for Pedro. After a week of no correspondence, I'm taking my 5th wheel else where

My wife and I visited Camping World to purchase a fifth-wheel trailer and found an excellent deal on a 2025 Grand Design model. We informed both the salesman and the finance department that we were in the process of buying a home and needed to be cautious with our credit inquiries. So we zero in on small but just what we want for our needs a 2022 27' travel trailer, we get all the paperwork going a week prior they say come by Sat and we'll finish up walk you thru everything and you'll be on your way. All is great so far we show up "Oh you nedd a bigger ball hitch" ok i say " Lets go in and hook you up" sounds good! Now of course these sleeves and ball hitches are double the price than Walmart or Amazon I get it. If I can give NO STARS I WOULD THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HERE IS A JOKE HAD MY RV JUST OVER 3 weeks to get fixed when we pulled up they had the wrong RV out first of all , then they couldn’t find my RV , Finally when they brought my RV up NO SERVICE WAS DONE SERVICE GUY KNEW NOTHING LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING AND MANAGEMENT IS JUST AS BAD THEY BACKED UP SERVICE DEPARTMENT DID NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ANYTHING AND STILL EXPECTED ME TO PAY !
